The G8 students are divided into six groups, and on the premise of seeking truth from facts and scientific analysis, we will conduct full research, solicit opinions and analyze data scientifically in the areas of school construction, ecological civilization, resource conservation, traffic safety and care for the disabled. Form a clear case basis and put forward opinions and suggestions in the form of simulated CPPCC motions.
If the youth is strong, the country is strong. Our students should become young people with ideals and responsibilities in the new era. Paying attention to the details of social life and thinking about solving social problems are the reliable ways for students to understand democratic system, establish democratic consciousness and cultivate social responsibility. Consultative democracy is a unique form of China’s socialist democracy. Different social subjects participate in social public decision-making and public governance through equal dialogue, adequate communication and rational discussion. Through the model CPPCC Committee Conference, students can be guided to experience the real process and scenes of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC, and their awareness of citizenship and participation can be cultivated as well. At the beginning of the activity, after understanding the working principles, functions and workflow of the political consultation system, the students will be divided into groups and select topics by themselves, and carry out the investigation and data collection and analysis of relevant topics. In the middle period, inter-group communication will be conducted, and each group will communicate with the initial results on the relevant investigation process to improve the investigation methods and methods. Mr. Cai, director of the proposal office of the CPPCC Committee of Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, was invited to give a lecture on CPPCC knowledge. Mr. Cai’s comments on the nature and orientation of the CPPCC, its historical evolution, organizational form and sectors, the composition of the CPPCC members, the main functions and objectives of the CPPCC, the meaning of the badge, the methods of carrying out the work and other aspects of carrying out the work were comprehensively and vividly expounded. So that students have a deeper understanding of the form of democratic politics in our country. The students asked Mr. Cai about how to write the CPPCC proposal and the specific methods of investigation, and Mr. Cai answered with examples one by one, which will have great reference significance for the students to perfect the proposal of this group.
After more than a month ‘s cooperation and investigation, the students’ efforts have begun to bear fruit.We look forward to the final report to be conducted in the form of a mock CPPCC Standing Committee meeting.
