1，Why haven't I got the email from school with an account activation link?
1. Please check your “Spam mail” folder in your email account if you don’t see it in your inbox.
2. The email address you left with school might be different to the one you are using. You could send an email to email@example.com with your kid’s name and form code so that help desk could take a look. If it’s the case, we will send you the email address being used as portal account user name and you could go in that email inbox to look for the account activation email.
